Help finding someone Nagano

Does anybody know of a player named Nagano?  He's level 105, uses shinso gin, kirinji komamura sajin and isshin.  Zangetsu zampaktou.  I'm trying to find out which server this person is.  He must be around 130-180ish, not sure though.

If anybody knows what server this person is, I'd greatly appreciate it.

He's a CSB opponent.  Current US CSB is from server 103-server 160ish.  Not sure up to what server this csb it ends because these people pop outta nowhere and they're very low ranked, yet their team is somewhat troublesome.  

I'm pretty sure this person must be from server 140+.

US server, current CSB is leaded by Dragoon, Kosmo keo and Takai Ayane.

So nobody seen this person?  Here's another player who you may or may have not seen.  Name: Uruehara Ryo.  Level 105.  Zampaktou zangetsu.  Team: Kirinji, Kenpachi,stark, main (kiido) and isshin.

I tried looking all the way from 130-170ish and nothing.  No sign of these persons.

Or does anybody know at least what servers participate in Dragoon's and kosmo's CSB?  I know so far it's 103-151.  US servers.  Don't know if anybody from other servers is in this CSB.
