Basically it's a screwed up translation. Demon Ichigo / Reinforcement partner that joins the fight needs to do a certain % of the damage, more then likely over 40-50%.

did it, just change my partners with less agi, then the demon did all the damage

Yea same rule applies to all of those runs when you see that condition.
