anyone can answer who is better for pvp and pve kempachi or byakuya kuchiki

if i choose byakuha it is good for pvp and pve also?
or kempachi for pvp and pve
bcoz now im confuse that 2 goldpartner im lvl 87 but i hve now 2k golden raishi
so im planning which is better that 2

Using the 10th skill and Byakuya really destroys people in PVP.
As far as PVE Kenpachi is way better.

I use Byakuya in PVP and PVE, once I hit 90 I'll combine him with Kenpachi for PVE.

so what is stone level for byakuya req? if i use him  bcoz in my server is 22k to 30k p.def they have is byakuya ghost blade right

Yes Byakuya uses Ghost Blade.
Byakuya acts on Strength and Agility stones. Other than those 2 types it depends on what you want him to be.
The level of the stones really depends on the server you play on.
