  should i evo newly recruited stark or save vit for ubp? that is my VG set with lvl 7 - 9 stones in it.

save bit for now,  ubp should be coming up in 3-4 days hopefully so its worth the wait b4 you dump it for evo

your evo won't matter as much right now so theres no need to rush, i would focus on getting his bonds done while you save vit, then work on evo later.

If you want to focus on your vanguard, full your evo, top up 2.8k during Ultimate Hero event, get Hyorinmaru and focus on your Stark.

If you wont focus on vanguard, save your vit...
