which one you pick up for PVE?
p/s: i don't have TCC, seems impossible at least for now.

go with the extreme battle power, best pve title is triple crown chamion tho

Triple Crown is best. Unless you have enough crit stones for your assaulters already.

depends on formation and pve or pvp, block +crit is nice bc you can do additional dmg from blocking

If you have partners that give fury or recover fury on their own then +crit is triply helpful as it both adds to dmg and it adds to fury gained which could speed up skilling and adds damage from the extra fury.
And in ES the added block is bonus damage as well.

In titles for pve you need crit phy and kido.  Ppl use triple crown champion bc it gives 20% crit  and I did some testing and that title gives you same dmg as ultimate ice

i use Forever Number 1 for PVP and it seems very nice to have compared to others..but I forgot to change the title on ES.
I can get about 5.5-7% damage per round on Extreme Power Battle but only got 5-5.2% when I using FN1.
I hate to admit it but YOUR STATEMENT IS RIGHT, Crit 3% to whole team are not so much compared to Crit 5% to Assaulter's only on ES.
