Let's say you see someone bullying another person publicly and I decide to intervene. (Not saying you were bullying the guy, nor am i comparing both situations).



You really think the judge would plead me guilty, the one who stepped in to stop what was happening?



I never been to a law school, but I think the answer is pretty obvious.



Now, regarding your second paragraph.



When did I ever justify my actions as necessary? I said you are quarrelsome, and that was the conclusion I came to after I see you instigating a lot of people.
