If you think about it, though, by them selling Katen, we would have easily had enough points to buy their new special toy Senjumaru as well. Why would they do that when they could get more of our money?

The event was with male and female characters and some hearths flying from the tittle

If i recall it, urahara was 600 roses, and yoruichi 800. Smth similar. You could have bought roses, but there were also like little tasks, like synthesize 6 lvl 6 stones for 60-80 roses, obtain lvl 6 hogu ...(input amount of roses) so you could have got some with tasks, and then compensated the rest by buying roses.

So that's totally not viable today
