anyone know how you can move around your spirit stones after the 1v1 fight in hollow soul w/o losing the continue?

Step 1: Open bag
Step 2: Click on Spirit Stone tab in bag
Step 3: Click on a spirit stone
Step 4: Click use
Step 5: ????
Step 6: Profit
