Well it depends upon if you have partners( that can be bought on gold like b.renji etc) but  you can run it even if you are vip or not .... like i am going to get cute orihime from the new cultivating thingy and go with

kisuke
rukia          main

that way ikkaku is always gonna skill

I currently run a 0-2-3 for es using senju>hiki>KenpUno>main>brenji. It works out very well for me. I think the formation you mentioned would work out well for you too Tanaka.
