I prefer 1-2-2 because of the balanced formation in PVP.
But each formation has its pros and cons so it just depends on your partners.

1 2 2, there are not a lot of good assaulters at that lvl, later on after lvl90 1 3 1 can be a good option to destroy the defense of oponent.

2-2-1, Yachiru, Renji, Main, Momo, Rukia

My PVP Formation below 70. I also had Sado. Had everything covered except for healing which, didn't really need it with Yachiru for arena and such, would switch out Rukia for Inoue for Guild War and HMA. Worked decently. Can't comment on cash shop partners.
