Only for PVE, already have Zabi @ 2 star mod and level 5 evo.  Whichever I use, I will put new skill on.  Zabi's new skill looks brutal IMO.  But I'm sure Kenny has much better raw stats and growth (but I don't know this for fact)   

pics or translations of later level numbers on new skills would help the choice. this partner will probably never be my main focus, so the real question is which is better with marginal care?

Though i'd like to give proof for you to understand and stuff, it just is in every way to say 'CSB Ken > Zabi Renji', not opinion based or anything, it just really is that way ^^

well with old skills I can easily see that.  but with new skills  Zabi renji gets that +75% attack with his skill that I assume scales up with levels.  That made me wonder maybe he stepped up his game

Part of why I voted for shura is due to how much culti it would take to get zabi renj to use his new skill.
I guess it depends on your other partners
But I have a feeling it's possible that renji could be better in pve now.
What other partners you got bro?

in pve, Isshin, Zabi Renji (swapping with vang), Main (9th skill) Tavern Kieske, and Jushiro (as my Dark Rukia didn't seem to be doing much for me)  Muramasa as zanpacto   and Zabi only needs level 7 for new skill to become activated

still, think of the difference between them, you can get 100% more attack on Zabi Renji sure, it won't make up for difference, but to 'equal' a Shura Ken (same gear and stuff), and you then exchanged to Shura Ken, the difference will indeed be HUGE ^^

Shura Ken's skill rate at 350% is better first round than Renji, and then also obtains fury back from this (this upgrades further with new skill, i believe to 70 fury, so a skill every round). Also mods are a thing to consider, they are both event partners so will take a while, so pretty much both in same mod speed to upgrade a star ^^

To get Zabi Renji's stats to match Shura Ken's stats will be insanely difficult, probably impossible lol, Shura does indeed win this even on soul cultivation :/ I guess you can have him as your third assaulter? xD ^^

nah,  Isshin trumps both IMO because of his new skill, plus I use him in pvp too
