Should i make a poll about Ukitake too?

Hey everyone,i have a question about a partner i don't have and i can't be bothered about writing what i'm looking for to search tab.. So i will create a thread and ask you guys is he good or bad. It doesn't matter 99 people asked it before me,cuz it can't bother me. So,my point is,is Ukitake good?
By the way,starting today,i'll make 3 polls each day about all of the partners. One will ask if he's good without an explanation,second will be a comparing poll (like Shunsui vs Tensa Zangetsu),and third will be about new skills and is new skill good/bad.
