How do you obtain the Shinigami Agent Title? Is it automatically obtained after 60 days of having Agent of Welfare?

i doubt it i had shinigami agent for 60 days and i didnt get it

Has anyone ever gotten this title after 60 days? And is there a way to report it as a bug or something? (I also have had it for over 60 days, Agent of Welfare that is)
