Hi i just started for a about a wend got some golds , planning to get some char . complete new .
1> Which is better two to get ? a.  Cute Orihime + Soph. Rangiku  or  b.  Rangiku +Sexy yoruichi
2> is 10600 golds worth 2 of the chars above + ZAngetsu ?

Can't really say much about any character you listed except for maybe Cute Orihime which is free now well for Silver at least from Soul Cult. at level 75 (Fill the bar to claim). As for Zangetsu, might get him for that or cheaper depending on the event, I'm not too current with the prices. If you could though, I'd say go for Soph. Rangiku + Sexy Yoruichi.

save your gold.  get about 2k more gold,  buy Hikifune, make her god, wreck your server,  bask in glory of your godly partner...   zanpactos are over rated unless your spending 40k gold on them,  early in the game, get a star partner, focus on them.  but really, i'd suggest before you top up play a while, learn the game, start over and top up...  or if you topped up that much gold durring these events you can get several good partners free...  and if you did,  Sexy Yourichi + Soph Rangiku + Zabimaru renji.  from your soul cultivation get cute orihime.  get you a Hikifune.

zanpacto that gives you the most speed
Vanguard: Soph Rangiku
Assaulters: Sexy Yourichi, Main
Supports: Cute Orihime, Hikifune

PVE:
Zanpacto that grants best damage bonus
Vanguard: none
Assaulter: Sexy yourichi, Zabimaru Renji, Main
Support: Cute Orihime, Hikifune

not the best parties, but if you topped up 10k gold these events, this is your best route being you can get all of these partners but hikifune for free... don't forget that Cute Orihime is free form Soul Cultivation, don't waste points on her from ultra hero.
