Protect seireitei bug?..

I have a question about seireitei.

Yesterday I attacked the guild defending the doors, but the fire bullets didn't activate when i lose; is it a bug? Or do they disapear forever? If it's the case i don't see the advantage to upgrade the lvl of the seireitei in guild and consume assets for nothing.

Only the animation vanished. The Dmg is still there but you dont see it. Only the defender see it at the next fight, that his HP is decreased.

Before i could see it even as attacker, also i used coupon straight after i lost to attack the same enemy, his hp barely moved...There  is a proba that he died and used coupons straight ahead to redefend, but is unlickely since n 2 and 3 of the server were defending too...

BTW seireitei camp is lvl9 with 150k dmg normally, i can make it lvl10 but with  what happened yesterday i'm waiting
