conquest of might soul society hard stage 12

hi guys i need a help for the stage 12....I tried everything but nothing to do I can not go beyond it ... someone can advise me how to do to complete it? Thanks in advance

Just make sure you have appropriate buff, less HP or Less physical defense will do.
For my team how it worked.
First kisuke and Main(9th skill) killed VG
Second H.Ichigo and Retsu(both tavern partners) killed byakuya-the assualter
Third rukia (tavern) made renji T1 and renji almost kills the last 3 dealing heavy dmg.
Next round kisuke kills all who are left almost dead.

So basically strategy is let supporters,vg or main kill the first two and JUST LET T1 RENJI ATTACK LAST 3 Persons.
