Question about Reincarnation

Since partners can only go up to your mains level, if you reincarnate, does your partners level go down?
Let's say your main is level 110 and you have a level 110 Mayuri or something, if you were to reincarnate your main to level 103 or something. Will the other partners level go down too? Since they can only go up to your level?

No your partners do not level down when your main reincarnates. I went from 139 to 138, and my senju stayed at 139

answer yes my main is now level 101 and can still wear mugetsu gear
