You can have a point for avatar.  

I did it using geared unohana. Un-gered main with 9th skill. Un-geared noza(just to tank and do a little damage).  And zanpaktou which gives damage rate bonus. So you get all usefull buffs. You might want to throw in someone like ikkaku for punch rate. After few hours and messing around you should be able to do it. Note, buffs/debuffs section can fuck you up.

I used her with gear,then shin kenny and main without gear (they has access and treasure) with sogyo ,and still i cant clear ...
