UBP Dilemma

I have a dilemma on my hands that I hope you all could help with. I'm a free-to-play player that has enough vit to get Unohana Kenpachi. The dilemma is that I was actually waiting to see if I could obtain Isshin from UBP. Now with such a good partner popping up I need to figure some things out. So here's the details:

I have no intention to spend any sort of money on a partner or zanpakuto, I'm doing the complete free route.
Zanpakuto: Kazeshini/Zabimaru (pvp/pve)
Formation: 1-2-2/0-3-2 and 1-2-2 (pvp/pve)
Partners:
H.Ichigo/Exclusive Skill Ikkaku/Main/T1 Kisuke/Tavern Gin - Can make two more partners t1 with kisuke's help (pvp)
Regular skill Ikkaku/Main/Tavern Zaraki/T1 Kisuke/C.Orihime change out Zaraki for H.Ichigo (pve)

I'm thinking either to change out Gin with Unohana if I get her or build something new with Isshin if he ever came about. Like 1-3-1 or switch him with Ikkaku and Gin with Tavern Aizen.

Let me know your thoughts.

isshin has issues man im sure retsu would help you more

What would those issues be? I need more to go on seeing as this will most likely be the only UBP I do.

is it worth it to buy Unohana when i play with Yamamoto,Gamuza Nell, Cute Orihime and  H Ichigo ?

Isshin DID get a nerf...  but even still...  He's very strong, quite fast, has a wonderful skill...  Mine is T1 and about 220k speed...  middle rows fall before me,  If he skills before your opponent their assaulters are almost useless against him due to his void, He's useful in PVE too as he grants combo rate to all your assaulters (more than shini kensei does) his 190% growth rate isn't terrible either...   Did he get a nerf?  yes he did, but even still, he's viewed as more valuable than yama is by GG as he isn't given away like a cheap hooker after she hits 40...   plus if you get his exclusive skill (I know it's a long time to get it) his nerf is effectively gone.   Retsu is a beast for sure, but IMO, Isshin has more utilitity

hell if I could I would just get her and add her in my formation wiyh taverb retsu and keep staring at my 2 retsu's in action ..... the dream
another point is you don't know when isshin will appear so you might miss a great chance.....
so instead of hoping for gold just grab the silver
