MY Soul Hunt is gone again

Ok so yesterday i saw notifications for soul hunt start to re appear in chat. But i didnt have mine when everyone else in server did so i cleared SOME of my browser cache,cookies,history etc then relogged and it was there. But then my game wasnt moving right at all say for EG say the game usually moves at 30fps it was moving at 10fps it was unplayable in some fights taking mins longer than they normally would because of the speed it was moving at.
So since i havent in a long while i decided to clear ALL my browser data, relogged and game was moving like normal again but now my soul hunt it GONE again... i tried clearing data again after that and still nothing.

I use google chrome normally so i tried fire fox and the game wont even load in there so i tried internet expolrer and the same thing my soul hunt isnt there.  So yea i basically tried everything i can do on my end including restarting my pc and still nothing so i need some help.

Nobody knows how to fix the loading issues 100% or the missing event tabs is why, and trying to convey that....difficulty to the developers has apparently been even harder. I'm sorry it is not working for you but I, nor support, know a 100% sure way to fix these missing icons/tabs.

Ok...but missing soul hunt is kind of a big deal, i cant gain souls or stars and i cant exchange stars i already have for the stones so i cant make spirit forged gear which i will need to do shortly.

So that kinda....isnt acceptable. Since i doubt they would be fixing the soul hunt for people individually they need to just have another general patch/update move it again, recreate the tab, make another entrance to soul hunt at bottom like how you can access Hollow soul map from both Battle > King of Hollows at top or Hollow Soul Map at bottom.


I have a friend in same server who never got his back period he tried clearing history and stuff same way and still nothing.
And clicking soul hunt notifications that come up in chat  when someone gets the purple or yellow hollow doesnt take you to soul hunt page so its like it doesnt exist at all, if it were just a case of the tab/icon missing it should still take me there via those notifications.

It just a wait and see, there as been a lot of glitches in the game and they are also trying to fix them, five them time and i am sure they well give you guy something for missing the soul hunt, but you will have to just wait and see, sorry guys

I'm sorry I can't be more help, I really don't know how to fix it. I was told they was working on trying to get a "fix" in but I don't know honestly what they can do.
