Leasing, Dismissing and Leasing same partners

Hello. If you lease a partner it goes to the level of your Main. But if you dismiss that leased partner and lease him/her again, later on, will that partner go to the level of your Main again (assume they are at different levels at time of dismissing)? or will the leased partner go back to the level it was when you originally dismissed him/her?

I know with tavern partners it resets. Even if you get a level 140 hollow ichigo, if you dismiss him and get him again in tavern he will go back to tavern level (which I think is 110).

The char will be the same lvl as your main

the current level of your main,  hire, reincarnate, inherent, dismiss, rehire...   a wonderful way to farm the new XP books for minimum gold if you stick to bikini partners

Limited Lease is the only event that matches the partner's level to your main's level when hired.
