They are looking into how to do it, general consensus is by 2's from them, but they are looking to keep some servers from merging with others that will make the clan's highly uneven. IE: they don't want to merge one powerhouse shini server with another power house shini server due to the imbalance it will cause in GW and Ryoka.
They are putting a lot of thought into it.
Server mergers WILL be the last week of October.
