Best way to inherit mods??

Correct if im wrong but i didnt see any thread about this so im gonna make one.
So with the Inherit feature you can drain 60% of a partners modification fragments with 50 gold if they are gold or above and have 3 stars on their modification  lever or higher.
So im thinking, lets say you need to get 3 of your partners who get 5 mod frags per day to a high modification lvl.
With Shinigami Agent Welfare you got 6 chanses on modifying dojo.
You could use 3 of them on those 3 partners you want to raise their mod lvl, and the other 3 to some tavern gold partners like Harribel who gives 26 frags per day so you can drain them later.

60% of 26 is 15,6.
So you will be getting like 3 times more frags for your partners.

Why stop there though?Why not having 6 partners who give 20 plus frags per day then drain them?

At this point i would like you guys to help me completing this list with the numbers of  frags each partner gives so we know which are best to drain.

Shingi Hirako-->Number of frags=???
Sajin Komamura-->Number of frags=???
Kensei-->Number of frags=???
Harribel-->Number of frags=26
Yoruichi Shihoin-->Number of frags=???
Kisuke Urahara-->Number of frags=22
Ikkaku Madarame-->Number of frags=???
Kaname Tosen-->Number of frags=???
Shunshui Kyoraku-->Number of frags=???
Jushiro Ukitake-->Number of frags=???
Byakuya Kuchuki-->Number of frags=???


The rest gold taver paterns give 10 or less per day so there is no reason to include them.

i am pretty sure that harribel (26) kiskue (22) and kirinji(20 with agent) are the only ones that are worth it, rest of the lv 70 tav give 13 (7.8 frags /day @ 60% rebate) and lv 80 tav give 11 (6.6 frags/ day @ 60% rebate) now both of them are above what you would normally get by going though the specified char stages but remember you also have to pay the silver + gold to mod and reset so i dont think they are as worth
