Conquest of Might not working for me

yeah, the conquest of might may not be working for me. It's been happening since yesterday. well I can open it, but I can't even beat the first stage. usually it goes really smooth. now it's like all my main and partners can't attack the enemy's suppporter, they're facing backwards, and the ones facing the enemy (correctly) can't hit the enemy. can someone explain this to me?? it's troublesome for me since I need the items
