Huge level difference is main reason.  At 76, he would of gotten access to exclusive levels and King of Hollow Souls fairly recently.  It's hard to say how strong his team is for 76 though.

I think you are right... I got so pissed that i didnt repare in lvl difference...
But he got a preatty fucking team... I think that has lot of potencial...

without a doubt, for a f2p he's an end game partner. You would need him to progress in hollow soul map plus he's like the pillar of any f2p team.  unless you decided to go with gin+ cute or any other partner.

I run 1-3-1 formation with:
-stark( replace him tommorow with h.chi)
-main-yama-kenpachi
-Kisuke(t1)
Do you think Aizen from tavern is a good choise for me?

For 1-3-1 i would it's pretty tough to do hollow soul map with 1-3-1 tbh.. i recommend you change to 2-2-1 and take out kenpachi ( swap him with stark in pve) And go with Aizen-Kisuke( or cute til u can T1 other partners with kisuke)-Yama-H.Ichigo.
for 1-3-1 i would use retsu unohana. and kisuke when he can T1 your yama and main.
