Ok so in the description of this zanpaktu
I see: Increase VANGUARD hite rate and attack by percent...

But in reality this zanpaktu give assaulter the same thing... WTF??!
Can u fix it?

And it's a bug because description and reality are totaly different... So it's not rage or an other thing just fix a bug. xD

U are rager 'cause u know without this bug, your zanpakuto is useless.
