Cute is definitely worth getting considering her price...

1) Kisuke

- pros:
last mod = starting fury + 20 => easiest partner to T1 (together with rukia)
gives fury to the whole team
fast and easy to mod and build

- cons :
pretty slow partner / will be out-speeded by most tavern lvl 90+ supports and so will require lots of Agi stones to be useful in pvp.

2) Cute

- pros :
2 very good buffs to Ass & VG (Damage +12% & Block +30%)
descent speed / can be used in pvp as well
(n.b : her damage buff won't stack with other damage buff given by zanpakuto (cf. older posts), but can be added to the few giving Attack buff)

- cons :
no additional fury from mod or evo.
gives fury only to Assaulters (and self).
being an event partner, she's long to mod (6 frags per attempt).

for pve purpose, they can be used together (T1 Kisuke > Cute > Assaulters), good combo.
for pvp, Cute can be of some help with her buffs; lots of lo-VIP & F2P are using Kisuke till mid-levels (~110 to 130) to T1 their team, but at hi-lvl - as mentioned above - his speed will be a major issue.
