Progressing insight, please.

Howdy folks.
So, at this point i'm progressing quite well in my server. Reiatsu sleeping at 35. Current teams are; Kido-main, Kirinji, D.rukia, Kensei and Sanjin for PvP. Main, Kirinji, D.rukia, Kensei n' Tavern-Renji for PvE.
Right now, i am gaining ~ 25 - 30m from Daily Events + trash, which is going for Soul Cultivation and Exclusive Skill leveling is focused on Kirinji.

Is getting Yamamoto from Soul Cultivation my right choice at this point?
By the time i get to choose, i will have Ikkaku replacing Tavern-Renji and Tavern-Kenpachi replacing Kensei (giving nice dps + block buff for assault)
I know Cute Orihime would be nice upgrade for D.rukia, but would it be better???
I will get fury + dmg increase from D.rukia. Minor block from Kenpachi and using 9th skill for +15% atk increase.

This would help me progress a bit with PvP, while still keeping PvE events at tolerable level.

drukia vs c.ori isnt even a competition
she gives 15% dmgrate buff and a 30% blockrate to assaulters (making kenpachi useless by the way so try and have kensei and ikkaku since both have a dencen chance for combo as well ;-) )
her growthrate is 120% on skill and her stts a just generally better than d.rukia

if i were you i would have ikkaku, kensei (tavern?) main in assaulter line and have kirinji and c.ori in sup ideally with a zant like senbon or sogyo (the dmg buff it gives is different than the one orihime gives) that leaves you with getting to use the 8th skill and combo alot with your team for more dmg

Yamato was once a good assulter, but with the new character batch he became fodder. C.Orihime is a decent pve character, but im not quite sure if she's worth 10k points grind. I'd say go for 4x10 or 2x11 stone packs and hope that u get Agi, Wis and Str.
