By getting to level 50 you can unlock the complete set from the Level Packs

The Chinese version looks so much better though, look like another ultimate set in China with purple animations.

It's a blue set you get at level rewards. Click the Level Up rewards icon. It's under the Receive Gift Pack button, top, second row.
