It is about time to reset & change my mod-soul, i have lv 78 Arancar and almost 2k pills over. It is easier for me to go for Ironman since im hollow, but i've read older posts about mod-souls and people told that Psy-Def is useless in game. So my question is: is Gin-Kon better than Ironman-Kon and if yes will there be notable difference?

Ps: my main is Kido type.

Really depends on what you need more of.

Since kido characters strike first, you more often need kido defense, but with Ryuujin Jakka, physical defense isn't completely useless anymore.

Cuz Holmes will take ages to get and i dont wana stick with Arancar for a year or two.

have you ever used reset? if yes then does it give all mod pills back by making everyone back to lvl 0 without losing any pills in resetting?
