HMA partner experience

When you upgrade from first form to second form on an HMA partner, say from Shin Shura Kenpachi to Noza, do i lose the stuff on him?  Bond, SC, Mod, Evo, and Reincarnation is what i'm talking about.  Or should I inherent from him first?

One guy at my server said that you dont (stars and evo), but im still not 100% sure untill i test it myself.

thanks for the info guys,  anyone with a different story, feel free to chime in plz.  1600 gold is a cheap price to pay to keep 80% of my work in him  XD

you'll keep 100% of your work for 0 gold, no worries.
only, to prevent from having a heart attack, as mentioned refresh as soon as you've upgraded.
