Well this is a fcked up mentality.
Ofcourse hackers needs to be pointed out and talked about. They need to be gone, not multiplied.

Respond to the question in hand.
With that money, you can get nice stones and such, nice partners from Ultra Hero. Doesn't need to be a hacker.
I have seen a LOT of rich people playing game, without knowing basics of a game or handling the common sense.
What i would suggest, is that talk to the guy/gal. Ask him/her if he/she needs some help with stuff. Knowledge is power.

Why is that fucked up mentality ? For me, I don't really give a shit if he hacks or not, as I said before, props to him for hacking an online game. Why do they need to be pointed out and talked about ? It's not like it affects you in any way except pissing you that they get #1 place or some shit like that. Flash news : Group up! It's just a game.
