i purchased some gold and never recieved it even though it said order processed like always

got a similar issue, already emailed support about it but dunno how long they take so making a note of it here too, topped up got my gold, didnt get gold rebate for spending so much, nor accumulated top up items or the ability to select the daily top up reward even though the top up was made after reset time @ midnight gmt. Not to forget the halloween event top up reward as well :/
