How do i lvl up fast

I am lvl 43 and when you are my level or above you know everytime you do a mission you have to level up to do the mission then after that mission you have to lvl up again i need to know how do i level up fast

capturing slaves and interacting with them gives you lots of exp. Also doing stages and trial tower put trial tower uses up 9 vitality points

Slaves gets you the most the higher level your slaves the more exp.
Modify Partner cultivation dojo you can cultivate 5 partners per day and after you manually cultivate a partner to Max you can auto cultivate everyday.
If you have enough coupons buying vitality will help you out. Or shacking
Attending Daily Events.
Trail Tower but uses most Vitality.
Doing Konso at your house and a friends will help in the long run.

only work on things that give more damage to your party. An example of this is when you get hogyoku only upgrade the attack ones past level 1. The fractional boost this gives pays off. In addition, do not waste your time building a counter team to anyone in the arena early on. All this does is lock your growth off. Also, try not to combine all of your stones that you get. diminishing returns starts to occur after level 2 of combining  , so it is better to have all the sockets have stones before you synthesis past level 2.

Here's one thing tho, don't forget to develop your characters, dont just level them. Quality of your character/equipment > level of your characters.

fight in soul society and fight hakuteiken...you'll net 3294 xp per kill. +131760 per 40 auto battles...the best I've found so far for lvl 30+
