Bond Training Need Help~

Can any one teach me how to complete this?

Bond Traning
Stage 4
3 star
Condition :
Win and make sure total HP is no less than 95%
Win and make sure only 2 characters survive the battle
Win and make sure the damage dealt by main character is no less than 95%  of total damage


Stage 5
2 star
Condition:
Win and make sure at least 2 female partners survived (except main character)
Win and make sure at least 2 male partners survived (except main character)

Loupik

Easy,1st have you got any kind of t1(pure or t1 from kisuke/rukia)?If you do then:
1)make main pure t1 and give him lots of attack to 1shot enemy team
2)make kisuke/rukia(preferably rukia) fastest and with as low dmg as you can,
next main will attack and same as(1)
If you dont have t1 there's some other way:
3)Take any assaulter with the highest combo rate,and reduce his dmg as low as you can,
doesnt matter if he is faster or slower than main,next same as (1).Also,make main as tanky as you can(95%hp).
That's how you pass stage 4,3rd star
For stage 5 the explanation is pretty clear,2male+2female+main,
also rukia(or any purple female)might not be counted as "female" in some bond stages,
so try switching her with a gold one(yoru/harri/retsu/soifon),and make sure all survive...
