I really like the game and play a lot, but I feel like the game is pretty much auto piloted. So how about changing play up with a pretty big change, but only a new feature.
I suggest incorporating a skill change feature to allow all partners to swap out skill other than their norm. I know there is the alternative skill system already. But I mean to allow partners to swap out up to 4 other skill, five including main, that are also other partners skill, not their own. For example: changing haki skill over to another partner but at half the effectiveness.
So it would take 1/2 the damage % for the attack and the skill would randomly cast invulnerability on 2 partners for 1 round.
These new skills would start around a rate like that with the option to level them up some how. To be honest, I'd say this part would be a gold deal, to allow p2p players to keep their edge as normal. But it would open up a bigger chance to use strategy in the game. And for f2p players, could give them more to use to try and rise.
Anyone who pays to play should know what they're doing. So I honestly don't think no p2p players would be against this. Also, like I said, there will be an option to level the skills to a normal rate, or just below to keep the original partner of the skill always better. Or just boost the original some how.
There will still have to be other guild lines such as:
A partner can only obtain a skill from another partner of their quality or lower.
It will have to be decided if a player can freely pick skills or if there will be a set list for each partner.
More ideas? Post yours.
The feature would give a lot more diversity to the game. And p2p still have the option to stronghold the feature to their benefit as they do everything else. So it should be fair enough. I would be fine with it and I'm level 6 vip.
