Konjiki Ashisogi Jizo!  The skill should poison, chaos, and remove all defense for 4 rounds and give the enemy team +100% speed and +100% combo rate for 1 round.  The attack ignores immunity.

Poison still works in Void Region.  The zanpakuto should be OP and it would be the counter  to RJ.  The removes defense and +speed is from the super human drug, and it already poisons.  The chaos could be replaced with a new status effect of paralysis.

Poison overwrites Mutilate, you cannot be poisoned and mutilated at the same time.

btw ive read it first wrong, i thought own team gets speed and combo, but still remove all deff would probably kill all except van, and attack values are just too high on some partners, mabe a lot of block or aids would help
