Seems a bit wierd, or do the points get distributed only after the end of the day and define your tier?

the points get update every one hour, happend to me yesterday, btw a B class lvl92 is a bit strange, lvl85 can happen but the lvl92 idk did he replaced his gear or something to go down on ranks?

If he is VIP0 , he might very well be B Tier, being B tier just means that he is  not in the top 40, and TOP 40 between 10 servers, is not something that just anyone can achieve, so Tier A is mostly VIP 4~8, and the S+ ranks are mostly people who have invested quite a lot of money into the game.

Good to know, so even the tier ranks are based on gold not on merit, damn well good for f2p's i guess
