Hello. Right now im lvl 110 and my question is : If i use reincarnation my lvl will be 100 , will my partners exp to lvl 110 or not?

If you are reincarnating your main, they will drop to 100. If you are reincarnating your partner, they will drop to 100. The drop only applies to those you are reincarnating.

Nobody's exp increases from reincarnating the main character, but you might be asking if you will still be able to get to level 110 even if you reincarnation the main character. I think the answer is yes. I was still able to increase my partners' exp even though the main's level after reincarnating was lower than their own.

If you reinc your main yeah you'll still be able to lvl up you other partner to lvl 110 max

it basically drops the lvl shown, if you reach lvl 140 and drop to 100 from reincarn, you can still do things at the 140 lvl also

you might not want to reincarnate just to stay in the tournament of throne, if you reincarnate your main once you can only attemp in the Master bracket, which is really hard to get into the top 8

Based on your question I'm guessing your about to reincarnate.

Take into consideration the new tourney of thrones. If you reincarnate, you will be slung into the masters bracket.
I don't know how strong you are but this will defiantly make it harder to get a spot in the tourney.
On the other hand if you don't reincarnate just yet, you may be able to get into one of the lower brackets and be able to collect rewards from it.

Those rewards will significantly help a player to get stronger. I would suggest not reincarnating for a while.
this will allow you to get the rewards for a while and when you do decide to finaly reincarnate, you'll be a much
higher level, and your level won't drop as bad as reincarnating from lv110.

1st reincarnation from lv 110=lv100. 1st reincarnation from lv120=(just a guess)around lv115-117.
A higher lv means less lv loss for the reincarnation.
