Rieatsu and Formation

Hello, I have a question, my Rieatsu level is at 29 right now, I was wondering how much silver will it take me to get to level 40? Also I am using a 1-3-1 formation of Komamura, Ikkaku, main, Renji, and Yoruichi I was wondering who should I replace in my formation to get stronger and have a better match of partners. I'm currently level 82 almost 83 with a BP of 251K. I'm VIP 4 any help would be greatly appreciated. Another thing is that I cannot seem to beat Espada #3, any tips on that one? Thank you very much in advance for the replies.

A lot of silver is about how much you'll need to get to reiatsu lv40, other than that, you need urahara for PvE.

while Glasglow gave you some information regarding the pve side (uruhara), it would also be advisable to get rukia for the ryoka event and use a 0-3-2 formation (3 assaults 2 supports) since shes pretty cheap and easy to get shouldnt take you long, its only the leveling process after that will be a pain.

I actually do have Rukia for the PVE, but I am in server 12 which merged with a bunch of people that can 1 hit Ryoka, and by the time I can get a hit in they are strong enough to one hit me so I have to use my Vanguard just to survive three rounds. This is why it is essential for me to get stronger fast, and the Reiatsu level is the best way I know how to
