what gear is that on your Shun?
and that Shinji...  not my favorate if i'm honest, but with only one physical set of gear, an offensive vang seems like a good choice...
assuming your F2P...  Toshi isn't a great choice, Gin would be a good replacement IMO  and pull that Shun for Aizen when you hit level 110

T1 your Kiuske, and make him fastest, that will make it very easy to T1 your whole team

Just a thought, with a Kido main, running a 1-1-3 may be a bad decision as you're spreading out your wisdom stones into 4 sets, but that's just a personal preference

Also, I see basically no pve there...  as F2P, events will be where 95% of your goodies come from, and having no PVE partners will only slow down your growth

for what it is, I see where your going with it and it's a good start, put a Starrk in the for Shinji and you will really see a change

on kyoraku i have the 90 lvl slot gear my kisuke is t1 right now and give t1 to hirako to use his skill cause everything from wisdom stones are on kyoraku
