only time I've ever gotten (when I have $$$ on my card that is) an error message is when I'm piloting several accts and i logged into another act while my browser was still open, reload browser with only the acct you want to top up on, then try.

it finally came up. (only on 1 account today) had to use a different browser for it to not error out.
