Change kirinji or not??

As my title says  i want to change kirinji cuz well im using him since the beggining and im just tired of him. But then my problem is who would be better then him?(pve as well as pvp) and keep in mind i won`t top up for a hiki or senju or some other supp, just what i can get from UBP and tavern. I run a zangetsu with shinso gin, kirinji, brenji and noza as vg (2-2-1). I do have shuhei hisagi from last UBP and i can get next ubp prize if its a good partner, but since this game is all about supports im afraid  it won`t be the best choice to go 1-3-1, and in pve don`t know if my dmg would increase. And i know there is unohana but she was in ubp already so...maybe not a next chance to get her. SO the BIG question should i replace KIRINJI  and if yes with who?

for sure Tenjiro is a great partner (I hate him with a passion, but still admit he has his strengths)

Retsu is, as you said, very good, and in fact is possible to join my PVE team in the futue as Cute is becoming redundant to me


a good support in PVE and PVE tho...   just throwing out a few thoughts, all will take work to compete with Tenjiro as his raw speed and power are kind of impressive

Jushiro:  PVE god from tavern, has PVP utility as well
Shunsui: regular skill isn't overly impressive to me, but his exclusive is easy to get and is a big deal
Tavern Retsu:  healers can be nice, but her exclusive skill should help quite a bit if it doesn't overwrite a better one from elsewhere, for sure someone to look at
CSB Aizen:  he is basicly an Anti-Shinso and the two seem to play off each other VERY nicely...  however with the new CSB update the stones are better spent on equipment
HMA Aizen:  Great in PVP, maybe not so much PVE (just saw his exclusive skill...  impressive to say the least)
Cute Orihime: decent in pvp as fury gain, block gain, and attack gain are never a bad thing, and great in PVE for the same reasons...  just understand she doesn't produce a lot of damage by herself

then again...

Tenjiro: hits hard, goes FAST..   UNRELIABLE, RANDOM, STUPID HAIR...  doesn't help really anyone else...  his speed bonus looks good, but really, after round 1 most fights are already decided at that 20% speed is usually too little, too late, unless he's T1 and you have other supports slower than him that are also T1...  which screws up his skill even worse... IMO he is best used for cleanup...  after you hit hard with one or two AOE attacks, have him go...  that way his skill is more likely to hit stacked partners (those that survive your initial assault)

I know i didn't give you a good answer, but I did give you info and suggestions to possible make a good decision...  hope it helped in any case

i too share the hate for kirinji ) and yes he does act like a cleaner after my shinso gin,but that can do brenji as well just that is a bit slower! You did not said anything about HISAGI SHUHEI .  As for your rest i did thought about:
red jushiro: cuz 190 %  on each time skiling is good,close on that kirinji 200,except for the burn
red shunsui: would not be that good in pve, and atm im going shinso exclusive(lvl39 now)
retsu tavern: she would just heal,0 dmg in pve not optional
csb aizen: its 8k chalange stones,and i rather get equip chests,already got 2,and im in CSB with  YOJIMBO!!!and rest,just to many powerhouses
HMA aizen: now im going after ulquiora,will take 3 months to get him and ressurection,so after that ill go aizen
cute orihime: i have shinso for fury,brenji self 100fury,besides noza can 100 fury someone else,plus has just 120%on skill so way less dmg either way

I didn't say anything about shuhei because while he's very good and all, I'm a PVE whore and he's not worth the effort to build him up IMO
