Saving vitality for event

Ok so i'm saving vitality for the crystal event to eventually get a partner so there are a few thing i need to know. Now so far i have about 1,400 vitality and so will i need 10k vitality to get 30k crystals? just to make sure i have enough. Wondering if anyone else has tried this.
Also i plan on getting an assualter ot vanguard since im lacking with both. I was planing on getting shinji but should i wait for Toshiro? Or replace my ichigo with someone from the event. Any tips would be good.

So Toshiro happens once and never again? I thought maybe it would happen again eventually.

Toshiro never happened in the UBP event anyways, that was the Lucky Draw or whatever event.

He will be in other events, like the one he was originally in, and the same event in which you could get the 2 zans the event before the Love Connection one. Next time you see him he'll be a little bit cheaper, or should be. When that is, who knows.

Shinji was the Halloween event, him and Toshiro will be recycled in events down the line, mainly the lucky draw event or whatever its called we had 2 weeks ago for the 2 zans we've already seen before. That's where all event partners and zans end up anyhow, for about 5,000 points for Toshiro ect, 10,000 for some zans, and like 12,000 for other zans. (about 15-20k gold)

If it goes by CN and the old partners are 5,000 in the event, that's about 7k gold or so. Cheaper than his original 20k gold some of us paid when he come out. (Like me, and I don't even use him anymore)

I use Hallowed Ichigo over my Toshiro, I think endgame with a VG Zan even Starrk is better than Toshiro due to his hit all ability (may be even better than Hallowed Ichigo)

I wouldn't waste gold like I did on Toshiro, bit of a mistake imo when I find Ichigo and Starrk better. Ichigo seems far more tankier than Toshiro, and Starrk seems to hit much harder and again, he hits everyone.

keep saving vit for it may never come, lol or they might even do a vit wipe and blame it on bug before that event is release
