coupon bug

im haveing trouble with my coupons, there are somehow being used without me actually using them. i just did my daily sign in and recived 50 coupons, not even 10 minutes later and it says i only have 15. this happen to me in the past but i thought i bought something and used them up by accident, this time i made sure that wasnt the case. this is getting a little annoying to say the least. can someone help me out? i dont know if its just my account thats messing up, is there anyone i can contact to help me get my coupons?
