Shinso Gin

Curious if anyone here knows his base stun rate...   ATM I've got a 45% bonus on it so far, but I'm curious how high it needs to get before it's overkill

edit, forgot about my 8% from weapon enchant...  it's a 53% bonus  XD    still room to improve on the number

he is far from amazing, but my PVE hinges on him...  he is T1, and Cute Orihime is T1, between them they T1 my middle row
and I have a quandry...   right now I'm working to get his Stun up to 100% as i think that will add a TON of utilitity to him...  so far I have 3x mods of +5 stun chance, the +8% stun chance Evo, +2% from evo, and +28% from his accessory...

looks like 35% is what I can expect from the set in CSB ATM...  debating between the Acc set and equipment set for my main  (If I got the Acc set, the Str and Agi pieces would go on Shinso for speed, duh, and the str accessories have the stun boost.  The Wis and Sta pieces would go on Noza for Kido Def and HP)

I do relize that, but Shinso hits harder, hits all, builds fury, T1s easier, and is a better all around partner, hands down...  now if I can get his pathetic stun chance up, he should be goddly
