how do you get better zanpakuto exactly ? , i couldnt understand that.

also me would know it....we obteined ruri'iro kujaku after completed 1 area (i dont remember which it was) but i dont know if this process is same also for other zanpakuto

you can get zanpaktou in multiple ways, such as top-up, unlock through quests, completing a set of achievements, events, and alliance war(not implemented yet). However, some of them haven't been implemented yet, mainly the S class and above ones.
