Guild announcement edit don't work. Today I tried to wrote an announcement for my guild members but it didnt work. I dont know whats the problem but it worked earlier.
Are you sure that your status is currently Guild Master or Vice Master occasionally if you been gone for a while it switches to the most contributed Member.
I would also make sure your Vice Master isn't deleting right after you make it playing jokes with you.
