How does this mechanic work exactly

Gives a flat amount of exp to the modsoul you use it on, i believe the flat amount is 55,000 exp if im right. Don't use it if you are close to level cap of a mod soul eg. lvl 30 cap, your soul is lv 29, as you waste exp

clicking the little arrow on top right of the mod soul it will ask you if you want to use the exp card
