gift pack problem

hey there,

i wanted to resive my CDK exchange gift and i did everything right until i enter the game! when i input my recieved cdk, it tells me it is invalid!

and yeah, i did everthing right! choose the right server, copyed the key and relogged through the buttons in the gift menu!

plz help
